Galileo Directory Information
Every year the Galileo PTO creates a printed directory to help families connect. These are provided at no cost to you. The directory is to be used for personal use and not for advertising or mass communications. If you would like your family to receive a directory, please fill out our [Directory Request Form]. Digital copies are NOT available. There will be ONE printed copy sent home with the student you indicated on the form.
Having your contact information printed in the directory is optional. If you would prefer to NOT have your information printed, please fill out our [Directory Opt-Out Form]. Filling out the form will remove your phone number, physical address, email address, and parent name from the directory, but your student’s name and their grade/teacher will still be published. Be sure to include the information for all of your students on the opt-out form as any student NOT specifically listed will not have their information removed.
The deadline to submit these forms is Friday, October 20th. We are aiming to send the printed directories home before Thanksgiving Break.
