West Ada School District – Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey – deadline Friday

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

As part of our dedication to service excellence, we are conducting annual anonymous surveys to gather valuable insights from families and students.

We are reaching out not only to parents and caregivers but also to students in grades 3–12. Our goal is to ensure that everyone’s experience with the West Ada School District is positive and enriching, and your feedback is essential to achieving this.

Your feedback will help us celebrate our successes and identify areas for improvement. The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete, and we encourage you to do so in one sitting, as responses will be saved upon submission. You may complete a separate survey for each school your children attend.

  • Students in grades 3–12 will also participate in a Student Experience Survey, which will be completed at school. Their feedback will play a crucial role in shaping the student experience at West Ada. If you would like to preview the survey, we have provided a reference link here. Student Experience Survey

If you would prefer your student not participate in the survey, please contact your principal.

Reminder: Both surveys will be open from Monday, November 10, through Friday, November 21.

How We Will Use the Feedback

Your input is vital in helping us make informed decisions that benefit students and families. The results will be reviewed and used to develop goals and organize focus groups that will guide our efforts to strengthen programs, improve services, and ensure that the district continues to make the best decisions moving forward.

Thank you for your commitment to our success and for taking the time to provide valuable feedback.

Sincerely,

Dr. Derek Bub
