The Galileo Chess Club is open to all Galileo students, Kindergarten through 8th grade, who complete the registration process. No skill level is required; we welcome students from first-time players to advanced players. The club includes instruction, playing time, and additional opportunities to formally compete.
WHO:
Kindergarten – 8th grade students. Capacity is limited to 100 students.
WHEN:
Every Wednesday BEFORE school 8:45-9:20 in the school cafeteria beginning on September 17th.
COST:
$25 / per participant **

We need 2 volunteers each week to check in with students and oversee rotations between the Library and Cafeteria. Please complete the volunteer form if you are interested in helping.
