how the nominee promotes the success of all students:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>through a commitment to educational quality and student achievement and a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by advocating, nurturing and sustaining a school culture and instructional programs conducive to student learning and staff development\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by modeling a personal code of ethics and commitment to professional growth\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by employing creativity and innovation in dealing with issues and problems facing public education and in responding to community interests and needs\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by creating a safe, efficient and effective
